Help Save My Hubby!

So.... each week I find myself making the same exact meals over and over and over again. I think it just might kill my husband if I don't come up with something different. :) So I'm wondering what dishes you guys make that I could try. Thanks in advance!!!

Upside Down Pizza Casserole
(Super Dooper Easy)

Brown up 1 lb ground beef. Mix in some spaghetti sauce and throw in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozerrella cheese and cover it with bisquit dough (I use Bisquick from the box but you could use refrigerated or homemade). Throw in the oven and bake according to bisquit directions (with bisquick it is 450degrees for 10 minutes) and YOUR DONE!!!
Hope you enjoy!

If you go to the below link you will find some of my favorite recipes. I don't like to cook so they have to be easy to do...and they have to be healthy and lower in calories -darn PCOS. Hope they help inspire and save both your husband and you from boredom ;)

Pizza Calzones
1 package yeast
1 cup warm water (105-115?F)
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups flour (to 3 1/4 c.)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup mushrooms -- thinly sliced
1 pound sausage -- cooked
1 cup pepperoni sausage -- thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups mozzarella cheese -- finely grated

For dough, dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, oil, salt and 1 c. of flour. Can add Essence spice, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, dill weed or grated Parmesan as desired to taste. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle (can do in food processor). Turn tough onto lightly floured surface and gently roll in flour to coat. Knead about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Cover with bowl and let rest for 5 minutes.

Roll into four 10" circles. Place sauce and topping mix over half of dough. Add 1/2 c. cheese. Fold over and crimp edge shut. Place on foiled and greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter after 15 minutes of cooking. Cook for a total of 25 - 30 minutes in a 375ºF oven or until golden brown. Makes 4.

You can use 9 regular noodles but I use

12 Barilla Lasagna noodles (DO NOT BAKE)

SAUCE:
1 pound ground turkey or ground beef , browned
1 jar pizza sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes, 14.5 ounces
2 TBSP minced onion
1 clove garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon each, oregano, basil, marjoram
1 small bay leaf

3 eggs
8 ounces of cream cheese (I use 12 ounces sometimes)
2 packages of sliced mozzarella cheese
8 ounces Parmesan cheese
8 ounces Romano cheese

Brown meat, add sauce ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. While simmering grate Parmesan and Romano cheese, combine and set aside. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Cut up cream cheese into bite sized pieces and add to egg mixture.

You will need a 9 x 13 inch pan, mine is a bit bigger. Preheat oven to 350.

I place a small layer of sauce on the bottom first. I then make three layers in the following order.

Noodles
Sauce
Egg and Cheese mixture
Mozzarella slices
Sprinkle on grated cheese.

Repeat this three times.

Bake at 350 for a half an hour.
